These Terms of Service constitute an agreement between you and Mechanical Products Inc, operator of mechanicalproductsco.com. The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Mechanical Products Inc.
By accessing the website, creating an account, or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms and to the policies incorporated into them.
Store Use
You may use the store only for lawful personal or business purchasing purposes. You must not:

Pricing and Billing
Prices are those displayed at checkout when an order is submitted. We may correct obvious pricing, description, or availability errors. If an error affects an order, we may contact the customer for instructions or cancel and refund the affected transaction.
You authorize the selected payment provider to charge the total accepted at checkout. Legally required sales tax may be added based on the delivery location.
Acceptance and Cancellation of Orders
An order-confirmation message acknowledges receipt of an order. Acceptance occurs when we approve the transaction and begin fulfillment or dispatch the product.
We may decline or cancel an order because of unavailable stock, payment failure, suspected fraud, incorrect information, legal restrictions, or an obvious pricing error. Amounts collected for a canceled order will be refunded.
Shipping
Processing and delivery estimates are provided in our Shipping Policy. Carrier schedules are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Orders exceeding US$30 in merchandise value after discounts qualify for free standard shipping. Any other delivery charge will be shown before payment.
Returns
Eligible purchases may be returned under our Return and Refund Policy. Customers should obtain authorization before sending goods back. Statutory consumer remedies remain available where they cannot legally be limited.
Ownership of Website Content
The website’s original text, design, photographs, graphics, branding, and other materials are owned by or licensed to Mechanical Products Inc. Access to the store does not transfer any ownership rights.
You may view the website and print order records for personal use. Other reproduction, modification, publication, distribution, or commercial use requires prior written permission.
Customer Content
When you submit a review, photograph, feedback, or other content, you confirm that it is truthful, lawful, and does not violate another party’s rights.
You grant Mechanical Products Inc a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, and adapt that content for operating and promoting the store, subject to applicable privacy law.
Third-Party Tools

These limitations do not apply to liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California and applicable federal laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Mandatory consumer rights available under applicable law remain unaffected.
Severability and Entire Agreement
If a provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. These Terms and the policies referenced in them form the agreement governing use of the store.
Changes to These Terms
We may publish revised Terms to reflect changes in our services, business practices, or legal requirements. Continued use after the effective date of an update constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
